Arrive at Mexico City international airport, where a local representative will meet you. Transfer to the hotel in the city center and check in to the double rooms for the following 3 nights. Evening at leisure.
Breakfast in the hotel and departure for the city tour, including the visit to world famous Anthropology and History Museum, the National Palace, the Metropolitan Cathedral and the old city center, the Zocalo square. Transfer to Teotihuacan, one of the most visited archaeological sites in the world, where you can climb the impressive Sun and Moon pyramids, unique historic symbols. In the afternoon visit the venerated Santuario de la Virgen de Guadalupe, the second most visited religious site in the world after the Vatican. Return to the hotel and free time.
Breakfast in the hotel and departure to Taxco, called the "silver capital", offering the magic of ancient paved roads, colonial buildings and typical red tiles as well as the beautiful Santa Prisca Cathedral. Continue to Puebla, arrival and free time. Overnight.
Breakfast in the hotel and visit to the old city center with several monasteries built by Franciscan and Dominican missionaries, still perfectly preserved. Continue to Cholula and visit the largest pyramid in America, built in seven parts linked by a tunnel. Continue to Oaxaca, arrival and evening at leisure to explore the streets of the city center. Overnight.
Breakfast in the hotel and City Tour including the Cathedral, the fountain of the 7 regions, Santo Domingo Temple, whose altar is covered in golden leaves and the Gold Museum. Continue to Monte Alban and visit the archaeological site situated on a nice hille with an unforgettable panorama. You'll also stop in Mitla, a town belonging to the Zapotec culture, offering archaeological findings which are completely different from other areas of Mexico. Return to Oaxaca and free evening. Overnight.
Breakfast in the hotel and transfer to Oaxaca airport for the domestic flight to Tuxtla Gutierrez (Chiapas), where the local staff will meet you. Travel to Sumidero Canyon for a speed boat ride between the majestic walls which are tall up to 1000 meters. Visit Chapa de Corzo rural village, an authentic village of the Chapanec culture. Transfer to San Cristobal de las Casas and check in to the hotel in the city center for the following 2 nights.

Breakfast in the hotel and city tour with Santo Domingo church and a typical local market. In the afternoon set off to visit the native communities of Zinacatan and San Juan Chamula, where you can discover the real customs of local people, still close to their traditions. Return to San Cristobal de las Casas and free evening.
Breakfast in the hotel and check out for the departure to Paleque. En route stop at Agua Azul waterfalls, sorrounded by the forest. Free time. Transfer to Palenque and check into a hotel in the center. Free evening and overnight.
Breakfast in the hotel and visit the the great archaeological site of Palenque, one of the most fascinating Mayan cities in Mexico, where pyramids and temples emerge from the dense network of trees, lit by the tropical sun. The golden age of the city was during the reign of King Pakal, who managed to take advantage of the strategic position making it thrive as an important trade center among the Peten region, Chiapas highlands and Grijalva valley, connected partly by Usumancita River dividing Mexico from Guatemala. Transfer to Campeche, arrival and overnight in a hotel in the old city center. Free time and overnight.
Breakfast in the hotel and guided city tour with a walk in the old city center. Departure for Ruta Puuc, the "land of hills" in the Mayan language, where Uxmal archaeological site is located, featuring Puuc architecture, one of the most beautiful and harmonious of the Mayan world. The emblem of this style is Chac god of rain, represented on the little relief columns and in numerous masks, once considered as a deity to be worshipped constantly due to the scarce rainfall and rivers of the area. Continue to Merida, the capital of Yucatan, also called Ciudad Blanca. Check into the hotel and free evening (optional opportunity to have dinner in a typical Mexican restaurant). Overnight.
Breakfast in the hotel and departure to the archaeological site which best represents the Mayan civilization in the Yucatan peninsula, Chichen Itza, the most famous on the planet and regarded as one of the 7 wonders of the modern world. The site is divided into three groups (Central, Norte and Sur) and the tour includes famous Castillo, a pyramid erected in honour of Kukulkan god, the round astrological observatory, the warrior temple and the pitch for the Juego de la Pelota, a bizarre religious game performed using elbows, hips and knees. Lunch and transfer to Playa del Carmen. Check into the chosen hotel and end of the tour.
