You will visit historical and cultural sites, but will be proposed also other types of activities, such as a ride on a camel in Jaisalmer or an elephant ride in Jaipur or a boat trip to Udaipur; you will also discover the true Indian cuisine at local restaurants and at an Indian family of Jaipur. A holiday in India that will make you get to know this country, not as simple tourists but as real travelers.
Welcome in India! Upon arrival at the international airport of New Delhi, you will be received and transferred to your hotel. After the check-in, your afternoon will be available at leisure.
In the first half of the day enjoy city tour covering India Gate, President’s house, Humayun’s Tomb, Qutab Minar, Laxmi Narayan Temple.
After lunch we will visit the Old Delhi, including the Jama Masjid, Red Fort and Gandhi Memorial.
Overnight at hotel.
Drive to the Shekhawati village, Hudeel, by your exclusive vehicle.
On arrival check in to your hotel.
Walking tour of the village to see the Real India and Visit the Karni Kot Temple for evening Prayer.
You may also enjoy of an horse riding around Hudeel.
After a leisurely breakfast drive to the ‘Camel City’ of Bikaner and check in.
After a brief leisure visiting of the well-preserved Junagarh fort.
In the morning visiting of the Deshnoke Temple (The Rate Temple).
Later, we will drive through the Thar Desert in order to reach Jaisalmer (The Golden City). Check in at your hotel.
In the evening walking tour at the still inhabited fort of Jaisalmer characterized by a vibrant lifestyle.
Morning sightseeing tour of the fort and various other attractions of this fairy tale city.
In the evening, excursion to the Sand Dunes of Sam for the sunset views of the desert. It will be possible to book a camel tour around desert.
Free time at leisure before going back to the hotel.
In the morning departure for Jodhpur.
On arrival check in at your hotel and later we will visit the majestic Mehrangarh Fort and the busy bazaars around the Clock Tower of the old town.
Morning departure for Udaipur visiting the uncomparable Ranakpur temple (the temple here is the largest Jain temple in the world having 1444 carved pillars with no two pillars looking alike!) before the check-in to the hotel.
In the evening boat tour of the breathtaking royal buildings around the Lake.
A full day sightseeing trip of the city which includes the visiting to the City Palace (note the trees growing at the top floor of the palace, which is actually the summit of the hill the palace is covering!), Saheliyon ki bari and excursion to temples of Nagada and Eklingji.
In the evening you may visit Shilpgram or explore the interesting labyrinths around Jagdish temple at your discretion.
In the morning move out to visit the holiest city of Rajasthan. Take a pleasant walk on the street around the sacred pond and Ghats up to Brahma temple.
Entire day free to explore the spiritual facets of the town on own.
In the morning departure for Jaipur by your exclusive vehicle.
On arrival check in at your hotel.
In the evening take a walking tour of the colorful streets and bazaars of Jaipur City. The beauty of Jaipur is that its unique architecture and town planning is visible at even the most commonest places such as its squares and lanes.
Take a full day long sightseeing tour of Jaipur city that includes the City Palace, Jantar Mantar observatory, Hawa Mahal, Birla temple, Albert hall and excursion to the old capital Amber.
Here at Amber, you’ll climb to the gates of the majestic fort on an elephant back. The fort displays a beautiful mix of Mughal and Rajput styles of architecture.
Optional trip to an ethnic village resort where you may enjoy traditional Rajasthani dinner.
Breakfast at the hotel and departure for Agra. Stop in Abhaneri, a small isolated village surrounded by undulating wheat fields, which has one of the most impressive wells in all of Rajasthan. Continue to Jaipur and second stop for the visit of Fatehpur Sikri, the most perfect ghost town in the world.
Emperor Akbar, who longed for a son, decided to make a pilgrimage to Sikri, home of the holy Salim Chisti. After the birth of his son, Akbar built a magnificent capital of incomparable splendor called Sikri, which was later abandoned due to lack of water.
Even today many, trying to achieve the realization of their desires, go on pilgrimage to the tomb of the saint, in the hope that grace as well as for the emperor, may fall on them as well. Arrival in Agra and accommodation and overnight.
In the morning you will be transfered to the train station of Agra to board the train to Jhansi.
On arrival in Jhansi you will be recieved and transfered to Khajuraho. On arrival, check in to your hotel.
Later, visiting to the Eastern and the Western group of temples. Rest of the time free to relax.

Later, boarding the flight for Varanasi. At Varanasi take a walking tour of a few Ghats and narrow backlanes to feel the pulse of this most sacred city of India.
Early morning boat ride on river Ganges to witness holy rituals on Ghats. A very spiritual experience!
Day tour to Sarnath where Buddha delivered his first sermon.
In the evening you will be transferred to the airport to board the flight for New Delhi.
The end of our tour has come. After breakfast, you will have freetime until the transfer to the airport.

L'itinerario era molto ricco e completo, siamo entrati in contatto con la realtà del posto e ci sentivamo sicuri grazie alla guida e al travel expert.
A volte gli hotel non erano pulitissimi, ma forse noi europei siamo abituati a standard di un altro tipo. E' stato comunque interessante entrare in contatto con una realtà così diversa.
