This journey of little less than two weeks will start from the capital of Madagascar, Antananarivo, and then set off to discover the tropical forest, encountering the famous Indri Indri lemur and getting lost in the exuberant flora.
The experience in African nature ends on the golden beaches of Nosy Boraha, or Île Sainte-Marie, also known as "the island of women", a former pirate hideaway, off the north-east coast of Madagascar. Breakfast and departure for Antsiraka with a stop in Marozevo, for a visit to a small reserve to see chameleons, crocodiles, snakes, butterflies, bats besides the cute lemurs. Continue to Andasibe. Free lunch. In the afternoon tour in the private reserve of Vakona to spot the fosa. Dinner and overnight at the hotel.
After breakfast, visit the reserve, a protected area in the province of Tamatave, located between 930 meters and 1,040 meters above sea level, with a humid tropical climate with temperatures ranging between 10 ° C and 27 ° C. With its surface of 12.810 hectares, the national park of Mantadia also includes the special reserve of Analamazaotra with 11 species of endemic lemurs, including the Babakoto or IndriIndri, the largest of the lemurs.
The Andasibe-Mantadia boasts lush vegetation with ferns, lichens, orchids and medicinal plants, as well as sacred and endemic lianas such as the Ravinala, known as the "traveler's tree", and the Vakona. Free lunch.

After breakfast we leave for Manambato, following the national road flanked by the humid tropical rainforest of the East. Upon arrival at Manambato you will embark on a motorized canoe to transfer to the hotel, passing between the Rasoabe, Rasoamasay and Ampitambe lakes, in the Pangalanes canal.
The Canale des Pangalanes is a shallow lagoon channel, behind a line of coastal dunes and today it presents itself as a network of natural canals and artificial lakes that extends for about 600 km on the east coast. Breakfast and excursion day to see the Népenthes, carnivorous plants, and the reserve of Palmarium, private and located on a peninsula of 46 hectares, an excellent opportunity to get to know the endemic flora and fauna of Madagascar. In the forest, different species of lemurs wander free in the presence of man. Free lunch. Return to the hotel, dinner and overnight at the hotel.
Breakfast and departure by boat along the Canal des Pangalanes to Tamatave or Toamasina, the largest port in Madagascar. It will be a journey among aquatic plants such as Pandanus or elephant ears and fishing villages. Free lunch. Arrival at the river port of Tamatave, transfer to the hotel, dinner and overnight.
